Tim Flanagan is the co-owner of Solas Gallery along with his wife Cherie Flanagan. The Flanagan's have operated what has become one of the top photography studios in Texas for close to 20 years. Tim photographed over 300 weddings before taking a break from that genre to be a dad to his two boys. Tim and Cherie now primarily photograph families and children with Cherie concentrating on newborn babies and infants.

Testified in State and Federal court as an expert witness on fingerprint evidence. Also supervised the Evidence Room and managed six employees.
